We are also able to assist with the maintenance and repairs of customers who own their coffee and beverage machines. Our Technical Specialist handles all repairs in-house, eliminating the need for thirdparty repair services.

The repair process, including diagnosis typically takes 3 business days. However, the repair time may be longer if the necessary parts are not available at VELOCI COFFEE. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the expected repair time. 3-months repair warranty coverage on the area of repair.

Call 90255438 and inform us of your coffee machine model and what the problem is. You agree with the general consultation cost.

STEP: 2

Drop your coffee machine at our service centre.

STEP: 3

Our Technical Specialist diagnose, and we will inform you of the findings.

STEP: 4

If no spare parts are required for the repair, a general consultation cost invoice will issue.

If spare parts are necessary, we will provide you with a quotation for the parts along with the general consultation cost. Once you agree to the costs, we will proceed with the repair.
